I have been using this for corporate work and it is really amazing! The time it saves and the options it gives you are invaluable!

You guys are reading my freaking mind lately. I was just testing out how to animate this in FCPX for something I will be shooting and editing soon and it was such a pain. It never worked right either. This might help me with that but it's a bit pricey, I gotta say. I do realize a lot of work went into that and Simon is a great guy and releases some amazing tutorials so I guess $49 could go toward supporting his efforts in the community.

Can you eliminate the borders altogether? Also, can you utilise this for invisible wipes?

thanks guys...I was just on the cusp on buying this or the Hawaiki AutoSplit (very similar). BTW...Steve, where did you get your shirt? Is it on your RippleTraining site?

I've been using Tokyo Split Animator for a while on various corporate projects, it's just brilliant. As are Simon's tutorials :)

Try Hawaiki AutoSplit - another of Simon's creations. Tokyo is great. Hawaiki is even greater! Tokyo PIPinator is also great for PIP stuff. With the ability in FCPX to save effects presets you can just set up the effect, save it, then drag and drop. Easy as cake...
