Wanted to do another recipe, but grabbed the wrong meat. So, just tried this venison like I do backstrap sometimes.

Subbed to David already. Looked good to me. I have done mystery meat more than once. Sometimes the packages don't end up labeled too good. I ended buying enough magic markers that I would almost always have one around. Cut small like that sure speeds up the cooking. Thank you for the great Cast Iron Wednesday, Jake

I honestly thought that that was only for seasoning a new  Cast Iron pan. Or  re- seasoning an old one.    I will have to find that can and try this   Thanks.

Captain Obvious here, but a tenderizing mallet does wonders with leg meat, especially with some silver skin. Keep up the great videos, Jake. PS...if you have more venison than you have freezer room for, I have 2 freezers you can store it in. Just sayin'. LOLOL
