You should say:
What is the idea?
Where did you learn about it?
Why is this idea beneficial for the future?
Why is this idea not possible yet and what is needed to make it a reality?
You will have one to two minutes to talk about this topic.
You will have one minute to prepare what you are going to say.

I can tell it's not exactly the same as an IELTS question because the 4 'questions' are usually written indirect e.g. You should say: what the idea is / where you learnt about it etc
