Hi Keith Thanks for your explanation ! More often than not I get up early too. From time to time, I have an early morning ramble then I grab a fresh glass of water before my run routine... I agree with one of your students, If the routines are wisely managed, you will build productive habits nevertheless there are things that they happen out of the blue (it is part of the life ) It is a great training to reinforce our flexibility... I habitualy study English comes rain or shine because It gives sense of productivity and this activities beef up my vocabulary and fluency. Thanks sir un

Example of a daily routine in British English:

I wake up at 7 am every day and have a cup of tea. Then, I take a shower and get dressed. After that, I have breakfast, which usually consists of toast and marmalade. I leave for work at 8:30 am and take the bus to the office. I work from 9 am to 5 pm, with a one-hour lunch break at noon. After work, I usually go to the gym for an hour and then head back home. In the evenings, I have dinner with my family, watch some TV or read a book, and go to bed at around 11 pm.


Example of a daily routine in American English:

As you can see, the differences between the two routines are relatively minor. The most significant differences are in the choice of breakfast beverage (tea vs. coffee) and breakfast food (toast and marmalade vs. cereal and milk). Additionally, in American English, people often "drive" to work instead of taking the bus.
