This is a 2-hour and 45-minute relaxation video that will transport you back in time to mid-century Americana. Sit back, relax, and enjoy a journey through a selection of science fiction, horror, and B-movie trailers from the 1950s-1970s, accompanied by countdown timers, and drive-in intermission ads for classic snack bar treats like popcorn, hot dogs, candy, and soda. These drive-in promos span the decades in style

Experience the nostalgic atmosphere of the drive-in theater and let the stresses of modern life fade away. This should be enjoyable to anyone with a passion for vintage movies, retro culture, and mid-century Americana.

So turn down the lights, grab some classic concession stand treats, and immerse yourself in the sights and sounds of a bygone era. You'll feel like you're right there at the drive-in theater, watching classic sci-fi and horror movies and enjoying the simple pleasures of life.

I would love to increase the audience of my videos, so here's the obligatory request that you SUBSCRIBE! Yaaaay!

Don't let the Drive-Inns Die! Drive-Inns were created in the United States and are part our of history. If you have a drive-in close to you go on and visit it, go as a big group if possible, and don't forget to hit the snack bar, this helps keep the owners in business. Going to watch a movie like this is not just about seeing a movie it's about the whole experience. I have been going to the drive inn movies for 50 years and it is a great way to have fun with the whole family. If I could own and operate one I would not hesitate to do so. Have fun at the drive- in yall!!

I really like some of the classic intermission ads and movie trailers, but the 99W Drive-in Movie Theater in Newberg, OR has some of the classic intermission ads as well as movie classics from both the 1970's and 1980's. Awesome drive-in movie place in Oregon! 😊

I have 2 DVD's with Intermission ads on them. Plus, during the Summer, i watch these YouTube videos all the time. I even put them on in my Chevy and have the sound of it going through my speakers.

You could put in a couple of full-length public domain movies for the complete drive-in double feature experience; I'd totally watch it!

Spent some time with family, at UA Westbury Drive In. Twenty-some years later I became a UA theatre manager. Just before the location was demolished I took pictures. I even climbed up the screens and took shots looking down. The location is now a Regal Indoor Multiplex. The UA Westbury Drive-In was the last of Drive-Ins, in Long Island.

Ok, this is SLICK! I've been watching a lot of Drive-In videos lately but this takes the cake!
I actually Screen Share my phone to my Canon Rayo Pico Projector and point it at the wall to boost the effect. Ironically the Vali-Hi Drive in the Twin Cities in Minnesota (the last Drive-In I went to) has a Digital Cinema Projector With Texas Instruments DLP chips in it...and my Canon Rayo Projector does too, although simpler.
