What is a One Page website?

Stoked I *finally* made this vid to clear up the "One Page" and "Landing Page" term on the One Page Love website but also I get to add it to the submission page. Every day I still get multi-page website submissions ;P

Very cool distinction between a one page website and a landing page. Never thought about that.
It's funny that we have similar terms for very different things like one page website and single page application (which is in essence a website). A SPA doesn't fit what you just described because it can have many many pages (ironically) but are all handled on the client's side without rloading or requesting a new HTML page to the server (it's only done once)

Hey man thank you sooo much, my dad said he would pay me 500 bucks (a bit too much) if I am able to automate his one page website using python. I it was not working because there are know links to go to besides the main one so it's super confusing. You helped me out thx!

Is this very accurate ? since a lote of one page websites do actually have a menu bar, just that clicking the menu item will cause the view to scroll down to the linked section instead of loading another page, so the menu helps moving up and down in the same page...

thanks for the video! I'm looking for a good company where I can create one of these types of websites. do you know any? do sites like godaddy offer to build this type of website? thanks!
