Protests erupt after Black man shot in back by Wisconsin police

An emergency curfew has been extended for a second night in Kenosha, Wisconsin after protests broke out over the police shooting of Jacob Blake, a Black man, at close range. Melissa Duggan on the shooting that happened in front of Blake’s children.

He put his children in great risk, completely unacceptable behavior! Turning your back and then reaching in your vehicle, absolutely is the worst thing to do when dealing with the police.

Ya he earned those shots. He was walking away from police and went into his vehicle. It looked like he was going for a weapon he should of cooperated. And he put his kids at risk being an idiot.

Look at this guy, he seems like a crook if I've ever seen one. He tries to act all tough and gangster in front of the police. Why didn't he just cooperate with the officers? Clearly the officers had no choice and shot him, but this could've easily been avoided had he cooperated. And now people that have nothing better to do with their lives are gonna start blaming the entire police force, commiting crimes, breaking other's property, etc. Smh what a joke.

What a disgusting role model for his children.

A cop has a firearm pointed at you screaming and you don’t comply!! Even worse, you try to enter the car where your children are!? Putting their lives at risk too.

I feel so sorry for the police officer, I truely believe he did not want to shoot the man. He must have been so frightened and now he has to live with this.

Why didn’t the idiot just comply with police directions and do the right thing for his kids, who were in the car watching!?!?
