There should be universal laws that regulate AI. No local laws, only universal ones. Otherwise, the consequences will be devastating in the long term.

There is no AI sector when AI is not defined.
Biased to say AI as constant, and trainings not all similar deriving with samples and data types as to implementing in warfare.
Regulation should be on its usecase. Worse, any advanced computing can entirely be suspected as AI though no learning is present only ledger corrections. Publicating and embeds auditing are ideal (Regulations) Contigency planning is also a must.
