Interesting. You make it simple instead of complicating it with so many other things. Well done! In literally 5 minutes trying out your content I'm getting the big picture on darts. And throwing so much better. Thanks!

By far this is the only tutorial that helped me maintain my aim and positioning, simple explanation yet very effective. 10/10 would use this tutorial method. Thx bro

I’m started darts at 10 and have played for 5 years. This helped me most

Dad bought a dartboard set yesterday. Really helpful video. Please make more content related to darts. Subscribed as well. I'm at my 20's right now but I thought i'd never learn a new hobby. Thank you so much for sharing this video!

I feel like if this guy has a mental note that says "when your looking into the camera, whatever you DON'T blink"

Remember me, the 77 year old beginner, now lefty because of a shoulder injury. This was a good video for me because my eyesight is called Antimetropia, which is myopia in one eye and hyperopia in the other. My left eye is the one that can see the board better. Cool.

I’m struggling to find a consistent sight line as I’m right handed and left eye dominant. Any advice from anyone?

I’m a new dart player and my left eye is dominate but I am right handed and don’t understand how to implement this aiming concept with my throw. Mostly I’ve been throwing from feel and muscle memory

Curious what about having a right dominant hand with a left dominant eye? I have been struggling with this as I can’t throw with my left hand to save my life…

can you go a bit higher than 90 degree if you are shorter? Where should you pull your hand back to? To your ear or nose or chin or what?

I’m so used to my setup on throwing darts, I usually hit my target 7/10 times, so I guess 70% accuracy. These tips are good, BUT… you will lose your accuracy for quite a while until you master this new setup. It will make you worse for a while, then once you master it, you will probably go to 90% accuracy. I’m gonna stick to my 70% because most of the players I play against are bar players and I can usually beat most. If I have to start playing elite players, then I would talk a month off to learn this new way. At least new to me. Either way, if you just started, this would be the way to start. Just like golf, if you have a old swing, it’s tough to switch to a new one, but if your just starting, then you learn the best and correct swing right away.

BTW - I did the 90 degree thing, and I can tell you, if your not used to it, it puts a lot of stress on your arms and shoulders, but it also feels like you are getting a great workout on you arm with this method. I guess eventually that stress will go away and will feel normal after a while.
