Attack of the Dislikes - Courtesy of Nokia UK

This is amusing, but also rather unprofessional behaviour. Nokia UK goes after my YouTube channel after I express dissatisfaction with their Lumia Photography Tips video series, as made by Rankin Film Productions.

The Nokia UK Team/PR machine is really bad in regards their social media interactions, I have had shocking replies to general questions, thoughts etc on social media sites which have come directly from NokiaUK. Makes me wish I lived in a country with a good Nokia PR team!

Don't worry dude ive been hit like that before. I will give u some likes to outweigh the dislikes as im sure others will. Just keep up ur good work. I don't think it was rankin films just some kid with alot of time on his hands.

I think it'll take a while until these music software developers get around to making them work properly with touch.

Thanks Etienne!. I've just downloaded and tried out the FL Studio demo and it works, though it does need the audio buffer set higher to stop it skipping here and there. I think it's good enough to play around, but the screen and power are probably not up to any serious work. The controls work better than they did on Reason. I can drag on the knobs with fingers or capacitive stylus to operate them, which didn't work on Reason, probably because it always dragged the rack instead.

Thanks for that! And yes seriously... to go after my stuff rather than taking the critique on board is pretty weak. However I think it was probably some clowns in the film company who actually did it, rather than Nokia UK.

From the evidence here it's pretty clear that the dislikes are a result of your comment on that video. But I'm sure yours wasn't the lone negative comment there. Do they go after every one of them in this fashion? Pretty insane, if they do!

heheh yeah I think people are safe... I'd say it was only me who fell out of favour with them. My comment was designed to strike where it hurts and hopefully spur Nokia UK into being a little more critical about how they spend their promotional budget.
