Good explanation. It helps a lot. Question: I have exactly the same machine given by a good friend who moved out of the country.
I plugged in power cord, panel shows normal, but it does not run when pressed start. What can be the problems.

I have it and I do the 1st weight loss workout on it. Which is just walking. Im not much of a runner. Im 19 and 5ft11 and weigh in the 160s. Looking to drop to 155.
