Thank you for the video. Regarding Dr. Kinani's first taqsim, it's worth noting that it is not played in maqam saba. The beginning of the taqsim is played in maqam Iraq on B half flat. After that, Dr. Kinani modulates "switches" to maqam Rahet al-Arwah, which is a transposition of huzam. It's important to note that the embellishments using F natural in the second part of the taqsim don't change the maqam identity. These embellishments are part of the maqam "Sayr, " which means "motion of the maqam" and is common to the maqam character.
