You made it look so easy. Thanks. I have a few additional questions if can you entertain them, please. How do I set up the Pareto chart with multiple columns? So I have customers as my rows and 12 types of complaints as my columns. I need to be able to figure out with types are my top 80% issues. Moreover, I need to be able to filter that to different customers as well.

I am using MAC, I don't seem to have the option of choosing "% running total in", only "running total in" is available, any ideas why this is?

Got issue with running total it succeeding rows doesn't totalize

Hypothetically.  Lets say that Florida does not have any crashes in 2011.  I do not want Florida to show on my Pareto.  Is it possible to not have Florida show with out manually removing it?  I have a very large data set and multiple criteria may not have value. It is very time consuming to manually remove them all. Date is Set as the filter.
