We found a new #vr180 camera 🎥 at NAB 2023 at Labpano booth. It has some very impressive specs! 2x APS-C SONY CMOS with Dual F2.0 Fisheye Lens. It shoots up to 8K 60fps (h265) LIVE! It has real-time in-camera stitching - YES, no more VR180 post-production needed! It has 6-axis Gyro, 32G RAM, and supports M.2 SSD expansion. Live stream RTMP/RTSP HDMI 2.1
Pretty heavy tho. Weight 4200g with 220x160x120mm size.
It streams directly to PICO NEO 4 for live monitoring.
And the expected pricing is … $20K 😅 (not confirmed yet)

But you know what vr180 really needs: A 8k 60fps camera that is compact, has ibis built in and a built in ambisonic microphone.
The r5c is already borderline for what you can carry around with you outside so a compact option would be great for all those... non-stationary usecases.
