Unless it's their first thought, but that first thought is, "How do I make this place as unwelcoming as possible to people with disabilities, so they spend less time here meaning I can rotate customers through faster and make more money, *and* not have to see people that remind me of how easily I could suffer the same problems."

Especially when it's a medical facility that has blatantly gone out of their way to create uncomfortable seating like it will actually get people to leave faster or something.
No, it just means that people are going to get more hostile as your torture chairs make their spine more knotted than sixty pairs of earbuds put in the backpack of a marathon runner.

3:05 as a person that sadly works at McDonald’s myself, I can explain why this is. When building the actual burger, for the Big Mac we make the top portion on top of the top bun with nothing in between as it’s much easier to make the burger. We then move the top portion to the bottom portion to make the 2 part sandwich. So what this person has done was just closed the box without moving the top portion.

The "downspout not lined up with the roof drain" is deliberate by design. The normal roof drain is at roof level behind the downspout. The "other" opening is above roof level, and intended to make it obvious from the ground if the main downspout becomes clogged and water is ponding on the roof. This is an emergency for a building, for the water load can quickly become TONS of water in a downpour, causing sudden catastrophic roof collapse. If trees are allowed to overhang the roof, the fall leaf drop will plug up the downspout exits quickly and completely.

3:00 As a manager at McDonald's, I know why that Big Mac ended up like that. When we make a Big Mac, we put the top bun and the middle bun in the top of the box, and the bottom bun in the bottom of the box. Then we put the toppings and the meat on. All this was done right here. The next step was done wrong. The next step is to move the middle bun with all its toppings from the top to the bottom without flipping it over, creating the double layered sandwich you all know. We then close the box, which automatically puts the top bun on. This person skipped the step to move the middle over, which just smooshed everything together. That is why this happened.
