I watched a video from a YouTube channel. I think he is an attorney because he explained what was going on. He wondered if someone above that judge had a talk to him. He also felt this was this judges attempt to save face. He thought it would end up be dismissed in the end. We also heard what happened in court today.

Hopefully he will sue some of these ppl in some of the cases! It’s not about who we like, black men know all too well about unfair justice system!& longer sentences because of racist unfair judges! My son got 9 years, almost a decade of life over his first drug charge in New Orleans.7 grams cocain in his pocket. A old white judge! Eventually he went to another court there, the D.A wanted to gv hm 12 years infront that judge…the judge told thm… NIT IN MY COURT ROOM!! So they moved it back to a judge who they knew would do it . They said if my don dnt take 9 years they will gv hm 20yrs! I was in disbelief in the court! I later found out he should hv gotten out on probation or no more than 2 years! A friend of his got arrested, a white guy who they did a sting operation on, plead not guilty! The tld hm if he go to trial he’s looking at 25 years! He list trial, got out in 5 years. Same old white judge same D.A ! I’m not mad at hm, he got what a white man would’ve gotten by white judges. But my son 1 st drug charge only 7 grams which isn’t much. & was in his pocket personal use . Had to plea to 9 or get 20. The lawyer wasn’t on his side obviously! Even when he got out almost a decade later, he had to do 6 months parole. The parole officer told hm they totally f…. Hv& it’s a shame he did 9 years for that little and 1st charge. Louisiana is a racist state big time. I lived here all my life. And majority of the judges are on 1840 .s. All they see is a black man not a person! Judges Hv to keep at least 90% of prisons full each day. Who u think getting the longest sentences and why?

They HAVE to pay for their criminality or our justice system will continue to be like a third world country.
