IB Math Studies Topic 7 Revision: Introduction to Differential Calculus (May 2015)

For IB Math Studies Revision:

Note the only skill that this video does not cover is the concept of the normal. The normal is the line that is perpendicular to a tangent line at a given point. You find it in the same manner as the tangent line, but the gradient of the normal line is the negative reciprocal of the gradient of the tangent line (which is found using the derivative function at x).

@Sol Baldi (1.25)^2 - 3(1.25) - 4 is how I got -6.1875. Just make sure you substitute 1.25 into the original equation.

In Mr. Parina's world, math problems fear YOU. Your vids are great man. Anyways, I think it might be a beneficial to your videos to sort of like underline the question number with a color and do the whole question with that color, changing colors for each question. It might look a little more organized. Not to say your vids are disorganized because they're completely understandable most of the time!
