You don't need to use the Mastering Effect, just right click the clip and select Audio Gain and adjust by however many dB's you need to.

The radio one is inncurate. The reverb is just causing it to reverb like. That’s only half the effect don’t. In order to make something sound like it’s coming out a speaker or over a radio, you should add a high pass filter to the audio to drown out the low end frequencies a little and of course tweak the parameters as to much of a high pass boost will create a shrill and empty sound.

How to make sound orbit around the listener ?

Because when you add sound effects you have to tell the software that, from where is the sound coming?

Like, when the train goes by, the sound rises from one side and disappears of the other side.
Or if something drops, i have to add woosh sound starting from above and vanishing slowly to below.
