Looks amazing with the factory wheels! Them brakes are gonna pump on the track and it still kept its growl with the muffler which is amazing. This is by far my favorite or second favorite vehicle on the channel!

185 WFS and 15.4 volts for Mig shouldn’t be too hot for the pipe thickness and you can get some really nice beads by doing full circles that go back through the weld pool. You might want to turn this down even more because you might get too much melt through but you could always give it a try this setting works good on 1/8 inch.

I think with a big 4 inch magnaflow with a 4 inch pipe all the way to back for street mode will be good and add a cutout and open it for race mode 🔥 Hank sounds quiet and still pulls hard 🔥🔥

Hank sounds killer with the muffler on it. I'm sure it's a lot quieter in person, but it's a more refined sound that at least on a speaker, sounds super clean

Hey Gavin if you ever feel like upgrading that muffler, check out Varex Xforce mufflers on summit racing. They’re universal valved mufflers (many different shapes and sizes) but you can have complete straight through, half open/closed and then fully closed. It tames the sound a ton! My buddies and I have them on 6.2 high country on E, a couple 5.0’s that are catless, vq’s etc. they work awesome.

Just a tip for pipe grab anything that can wrap around the pipe e.g sand paper normal paper even a strap from a ratchet straps wrap it around the pipe line the edges up then mark ur line you will get a perfect line all around to follow and for welding clean the contact point for ur metal for a cleaner and better penetrating weld 🤟🏾🔥
