The last time Konrad was at the Fannys Bay Distillery, Mathew Cooper was still in the process of welding the copper still together. Two years later and a lot has changed. The still has been steadily churning out, what I consider to be, world class spirit. After two years in the barrel, that will have earned the title of Tasmanian Whisky. The first of Mathew's whisky matures in early 2017. We recommend trying it.
