There can only be 2 things:
1 - You take loans to Invest and it booms and you multiply your money or
2 - You take loans to invest, and the investment is a failure, in that case you have huge debts...
Its easy to criticize someone saying, "why would you take big loans, its too risky!", but that's how businesses work, leveraging Loan amounts to make worthwhile investments and boost your net worth, when it doesn't work, it brings-in a lot of trouble!
