I used to do this at high school with those cheap $1 lighters.
If you peg them at the ground hard enough the friction from the impact causes all the fluid to explode rather than ignite.
They would let off quite a bang scaring everyone in the vicinity.

I done this as a kid. nearly blew the kitchen up. 💣😱 i used like 20 boxes. I was emptying them Into a kleenex... The plan was to wrap it all up like 1 giant fun snap 😅 Halfway through doing it though.... it exploded 😢. I guess the weight of it all in the pile set it all off at once. I was literally deaf for about 5 minutes. All I could hear was a numb, constant ringing sound. My eyes even felt 'funny' for a while.😅😅

Fun fact: these are coated with a primary high explosive called silver fulminate. So theres actually a very tiny amount of silver in them
