Someone should create an ai that can go through and generate certain subjects in these books like say I type “cure for cancer” and it can narrow it down the search for such subjects. I wonder what kind of computing power such ai would need

You can't compare that puny number with infinity. There are numbers we can not even express using common mathematical notation. Yet those are still so small compared to infinity they might as well be 0
