405 How to move and resize a Pie Chart in Excel 2016

I found a solution finally, one can resize and move the pie chart in the frame by clicking a little outside of the pie chart. It then activates the till then *invisible* square perimeter around the pie chart and comments which one can use to move the chart within the frame

That's great. But now try moving the pie chart inside it's frame, or even resizing it inside it's frame. I put the pie chart on it's own sheet, but can't resize it, or adjust it's position inside the frame. Very aggravating when I want to add comments by the slices but can't move or resize for the comments to fit.
