Crates should be illegal. Worst case scenario, they need to operate on a conditional probability, like a marble bag. 99 black marbles and 1 gold one. It’s 1/100 to pull gold at first but as you keep pulling black marbles, the odds of a gold increase because the probability pool decreases. Still takes a tonne of tries to get but at least there’s a theoretical guarantee. Compared to what we have now which is like a dice roll. Statistics says every roll has a 1/6 outcome but because the next roll isn’t influenced by the previous one, you can theoretically, have a scenario where you roll 1000 times and you’ll never get a 6.
