simply burn retrograde, your kerbals will appear back home within a few days good as new!!

Alternatively if you’re missing like 100-200m/s on a small rocket like that just use the Kerbals jet packs and refuel them in the command pod (the fuel replenishes for free)

You can also change an out of fuel lander to a surface base

Something I find very funny, is that this video actually helped me a lot. I have been trying for SO LONG to change the name of my vessels. I never thought of just clicking on the command pod. Thank you so much Matt Lowne!

I just launch a rescue mission or use a EVAed Jeb to push the ship

one other quick tip, you can often use RCS to make up the difference in a major pinch.

Remember you can get a small amount if delta V from decoupling. Once ran out of fuel from duna to kerbin, had a kerbin flyby but wasnt set for reentry, i used the force from decoupling to alter my trajectory into kerbins atnosphere
