The post credits scene is unnecessary in my opinion. Other then that, I think the film is brilliant.

The film was beautifully shot, absolutely great looking film, w/ some great performances. The writing was boring, tedious, and preachy.

I think I can safely say we all got here by looking up "Vice movie puppet show" to watch the "like a puppet show, but much more enjoyable" scene, but got here instead

This movie gets a lot of things wrong. Like when they allude to the CIA faking sources. Sure, there was doubt at the time, but only that: doubt. these sources are on CIA's website today. To go from doubt to that is just conspiracy theories. The movie also gets a lot of basic things wrong like when they said Isreal was against the Iraq war when in reality they were on board with it. Now, I actually like this movie because it's very moving and I find this time period absolutely fascinating. But, I think of it as very inaccurate, albeit a very interesting version of history but mostly fictional nonetheless.
