[NEW] Round Bomb

A new feature released today implements the idea of placing exploding barrels on the board. Thank you for the great idea.
To simplify the look, I changed the barrels to bombs. Actually, I was going to include a feature that would change the colour of the bomb when the opponent's bullet hits it, but I couldn't develop it in time and decided against it.
I will try to introduce that function in the near future with a big bomb.

The new *_Round Bomb_* is another great addition! I love the color of the ignited fuse, slowly going down. Making the bombs heavy to the shots but light enough that the dice can knock them around the board is a very nice idea. Having the splattered explosion (and if a cannon is nearby caught in it to stun it) is also a nice idea too!

- Round Bomb has been added! It works like a combination of Grenade and Cluster.

As of Episode 34 (this episode):
- Orange: 40 (1st)
- Ivory: 35 (=2nd)
- Lilac: 31+3+1=35 (=2nd)
- Green: 32-1=31 (4th)
- Blue: 30-1=29 (5th)
- Yellow: 21+3+3=27 (6th)
- White: 26 (7th)
- Pink: 24+1=25 (8th)
- Red: 23+1=24 (=9th)
- Purple: 25-1=24 (=9th)
- Lime: 22+1=23 (10th)
- Cyan: 15+3-1=17 (12th)

Ideas:
- It is quite unusual that bombs can be pushed by falling dice, but not from ordinary rolling dice. That may make sense as the force is much greater. This feature can cause a colour to be stunned temporarily.
- To me, Tomato is just like placing a series of bombs along the horizontal axis. Would you like to re-implement it someday?

I'm not sure if this will make a difference or not as a new wheel spin. What if the pegboard that has the multiplier & release on it, went DOWN instead of up for 30 seconds? Sideways?

What if you add a "hazard" option in the roulette that rolls a random hazard from another list?

The list can have options that affect every player like "everybody resets" (with dead players resetting as black the portions that aren't their's), "everyone is stunned" (but the colour that rolled it is for significantly less time) or "ice storm" (where ice falls on the board in circles that act as reflective shield against all players for some time)
