Here's my issue, this lawsuite to seems pointless as long as the defenses attorney is good. These Ai recieve their influences from the music they analyze and or listen too. They are good enough to replicate the sound of your personal music and creat something new with it to. Everything they create outside of the upload feature is new and original al. Just like an artist who recieved musical influences from his favorite artist and makes his music woth the vibe of that artist in mind, what he creates is completely original just like what ai creates.

These 3 major record labels are sueing these 2 A.I. companies to protect THEIR own greedy, fat bellies!  They are taking the copyright argument too far. Nobody is reproducing their work without their permission. Training something to sound like something is NOT an infringement of copyright.  They would need to change the law.  Furthermore; these 3 major labels are not sueing on behalf of artists.  For 17 years Universal, Warner and Sony have colluded and conspired with Spotify to con and SCAM artists out of BILLIONS of dollars!  They did this by conspiring with Spotify to pay artists fractions of cents per stream.  As long as these A.I. companies put some kind of warning or notice on the music saying "This Was Made Using An A.I. Artist", so that people are not misled, then I see nothing wrong here.  The A.I. services must also be priced reasonably, at a point that most can afford.  The REAL problem here is that Universal, Warner and Sony are investing in THEIR OWN A.I. tools and so they are trying DECAPITATE THEIR COMPETITION VIA THE COURTS!!!!

looks like a frivolous lawsuit and it will fail, but it has the potential to have a chilling effect on innovation and technology in the meantime, in order to maintain us in the dark ages of music label dominion. We need to accelerate our use of Suno and Udio to their full extent before innovation is taken away from us by greedy anti-progressive entities. Also, I can think of a million ways to infringe without music gen ai and won't hesitate if Suno and Udio are affected.

Ai learns the same way people do, through experiance. Riaa is mad because they are being replaced. Artists will have to play live to stay relevant.

How are you going to make accusasions like this without any proof? Do the record labels even know how generative technology works? They already lost if no proof will be provided to the courts. If you're going to sue someone for copyright, make sure you actually have proof instead of accusations and assumptions on how generative technology works. At least the labels and musicians will learn how Ai generative technology really works in courts. No case here. They are just mad because something has been created that makes music better and faster than what they can do.

A lot of a.i bots in this comment section seems Suno and Udio aren't happy over getting punished for stealing.

"If people learn they can make their own music, they won't need us anymore!"

For song writers AI Music is amazing, the music industry might as well work together and stop being so greedy. Drake did an AI Song using Tupac voice without permission and he gets a pass smh. Udio & Suno doesn’t produce artists voices as tracks so I hope they fail this lawsuit!

The way the technology learns from human generated works is the big issue. Unfair advantage.
