The Person Centred Dementia Care Team are supporting patients living with Dementia to improve their experience of staying in hospital.
The team have provided over 42 wards with Meaningful Activity Baskets. Included in these baskets are resources such as paints, crafts, Empathy Dolls and sensory objects of comfort, including Assistive Technology Equipment.
