To everyone who hasn’t, getting into martial arts will be one of the best decisions you will ever make.

Hamza is so humble he is warning all his opponents before he kicks each time. Truly a gigachad

Great power. You're driving your hips through the target really well. My constructive comment is that you're stutter-stepping before each kick, which is a huge telegraph in a real fight.
Practice taking only a single step with your front leg to open up the hips and generate power for the rear kick. For the front switch kick, practice the single half-beat switch-step (right now you're throwing in an extra step or two to set it up). Eventually you want to get to a point where you can throw the round kick right out of your stance, without any prior steps or extraneous movements.
Great work so far. Keep it up!

As a professional fighter i have to say, you have a good kick but you telegraph your intentions by moving in two sections. Try to kick instantly without giving your opponent the signal that you are going for a kick. Hope i helped you as much as you helped me, have a great day brother ❤️

Man, i stopped kickboxing 2-3 years ago and i still have a nostalgic feeling in my mind for when i practiced that sport. I was in the best shape of my life in that period, and it genuinly didn't matter what i ate.

Joined Muay Thai a few months ago (I'm 17), easily one of the best decisions I have ever made. Joining martial arts has developed me as a person and my confidence. I believe every man should know how to fight whether it is to protect yourself or a loved on. I feel great physically and mentally. Planning on starting BJJ in a few months, probably after the holidays. So if you're planning on starting martial arts, you literally won't regret it lmao. Every martial arts is great and has it's advantages and disadvantages, you literally cannot mess up. Either way, you will learn how to fight.

I like how Hamza's community are so respectful towards him, truly admirable.

I wanted to add something which may constructively help: try loosening up a little, be light on your feet (not really light light but a bit lighter) when you throw a kick it's going to be slow and teleported, my advice would be that you should try stepping with the top part of your foot (your metatarsus) but at the point that you're not teleporting the kick, that should help.

I respectfully admire you and you've been a big inspiration for my life.

(Ps. I know it's Muay Thai and the stance is different, but just try it not to make it completely like a boxing stance but if you're a heavy guy (or don't have lighting speed kicks) i suggest you do this, I've been practicing Muay Thai for a while now and it helped me a lot)

Hope that you'll see this: turn your standing foot so that your toes are in the direction to the mirror behind you(first clip). This makes your hip turn more which adds more strength to your kick. Learned this when doing tkd. Might be challenging in the beginning but it's completely worth it

Nothing Brutal about these sloppy kicks😂

Dude just take a quarter step outside the center line with those kicks you’ll increase your power by at least 30% and your already hitting real hard. You’ll have better balance too.

To call it brutal in the title is a stretch

I love the fact you're sharing your martial arts with us brother. I see that, even if you throw strong kicks, you tend to lose your form and your guard. I suggest you to improve your mobility, speed and control on kicks, rather than focusing on power (it will come naturally with time trust me bro) ❤️

That has to be the most satisfying sound. The sound of a man strengthening.

Rotate your hips so that the heel of a standing leg is facing the target for more power

Hamza try kicking more with your lower leg instead of your ankle, does more damage and you're less likely to get injured, love your videos.
