Install and review of Stoltec Moto fork springs on the Tenere 700. Definitely a noticeable improvement in the front suspension. Less diving on hard braking and improved balanced feel. Extremely happy with this one!

I just completed my front spring change and was very pleased with the results. I’m sure you can do it without the motion pro, suspension tool, but it was a must for me. Thanks for making the video!

Good video. Thanks so much. For some reason I put it off. Only took a couple of hours including getting all the tools out.

Note to others: get your floor jack under the engine before you unscrew both of the fork caps. I did not and almost dropped the bike. Had it on the center stand only and when I finished unscrewing the second cap, the front dropped, the bike rolled forward and off the center stand. I was able to catch it and “phone a friend” for help.

Great video. What about the oil level? When you take out the old springs, there is some amout of oil on it..

How difficult was it to screw the caps back in to the fork tube with the new springs in?

Hi Matt,
great job, I thougt I'd have to remove the fork legs from the bike for changing the springs.
One question, what is the thread size you screw this long blue tool, don't know how it's called, on. Is it M10x1 mm?
