Thank you! I will travel soon and will do this. My grandmother taught me how to embroider as a child but once I became a teenager....never did it again. I guess 60 is not too old to try this again :-) Love your company, website and kits. Please keep filming and creating. I also have a mind that is very hard to stop and yes, when I sew, crochet paint..it's different. 🙂

I like your videos, very interesting g and informative. I have the first two books you showed. I got jacqueline’s book probably over 40 years ago and looked at it so much the pages are loose. I like that she organized the stitches by type. Another book that does that is by Mrs. Archibald Christie.

Thanks for the toolkit suggestion! I'm going camping with my wife and bringing a cross stitch to do by the river, and was wondering how I could keep everything neat! Super helpful!

Krista I just received my kit from you today at 4:00 pm and it is perfect and yes I will review it on Etsy. It appears that everything you do is top drawer. I was blown away when I opened the package. Thank you.

What a video full of great info again, Tks Krista. So curious, what are the big spool of threads behind you? the colors are just beautiful.

I am really enjoying your Flosstube videos. They have been very informative. I plan to go back and watch your previous videos on the litergical garments, since I have been a life long garment sewer (although not professionally). I was glad to hear that you serge the fabric in your kits since I have two of your kits on their way to me. Serging will be one less step before I can start stitching your design. I usually stitch my cross stitch piece in hand. However, since you said the ground fabric in your kits is rather loosely woven, would you suggest using a hoop? Thanks, Krista!

Fantastic video! Do you advise wrapping the inner hoop of the Hardwicke hoops? Also curious regarding depth of the hoop. Are thicker or thinner depth hoops better for certain situations?

FYI: That isn't a pin, it is a screw.
