What temperatures do they hold on the inside? Or how much warmer than outside of the covered coops?

Ive heard that if you cover the coop with plastic it cuts down the airflow enough to cause moisture. And the moisture can lead to frost bite. Is this true ? Maybe the way you do it there is enough air flow to prevent that ?
