web3 is in the making, we as developers are working to build the underlying infrastructure, and improvements in web3 are happening at light speed, yes web3 has problems but it has great incentives for those brave developers too whose work will make lives of devs easier .
React was also no dev friendly in initial days and with cra tools .

As a Blockchain developer having 4 years of industry experience I really appreciate you @Ali Solanki for this video, you are so right about the developer's point of view, if you look in depth at smart contracts then you will know how developers are developing those contract to make the network secure and for a low-level task like viewing data, etc there is no gass fee required, gass fee is only charged for making a transaction(that is state change/update of the block ). And as far as the user experience is under question so the only drawback right now is transaction speed and with the Ethereum update, this issue is also solved to some extent. So in short WEB3 is a promising field just learn in-depth about it and then make choice according to your interest.

But my opinion is if you need high paying job so focus the hard things and where there is less competition. Web 3 is hard and less competitive so chance of getting high paying job is better. And finally web3 is also not secure for future as most of govt. Will ban crypt. Even they will not implement it so the crypto. Market is super down now. So decision is yours.

Someone teach him about "on chain governance" and "upgradeablity patterns". The guy is utterly harsh and negative towards the prosperity of people. Once blockchain gets mass adaptation, the "server less" becomes new fuel. This guy studied 6 hours and mocking web 3. Chill! Learn and Build.

Bhaiya I'm currently learning reactjs and I have completed frontend development. So now after which path i should follow???
Like should go for Backend development first or move to on blockchain development and start learning solidity??? Or web3js tools like that?
