When i was a kid, being a believer seemed so easy, my sins were so small. As ive grown older, i realize i am as sinful as it gets. I'm no better than king david. Hearing these songs again really helps to reinforce the grace of God, and how He was already prepared to cover ALL my sins, even the ones I don't know I have yet to perform. Thank You Lord for Your mercy.

I listened to this song so much when one of my best friend’s dad died. I was fairly close to him and this song brought me so much peace even though I didn’t really understand the depth of the words and the magnitude of Christ’s sacrifice for us at the time.

Fast forward 8 years and God allowed life’s struggles to bring me down to my knees in complete surrender to Jesus. Satan tried to take my life in the midst of my anguish but Jesus did not allow that. In a depressed rage I crashed my car and it flipped over and everyone thought for sure the driver was dead but I not only didn’t die, I walked out from a flipped over car with a minor bump on my knee and finger. Jesus then healed my mind and pulled me out of the depths of suicidal depression and he reassured me that I only needed to hold on just a bit longer that he is coming soon for us who look to Him and live according to His will.

My Lord Jesus Christ even if you don’t come in my lifetime, I will never again turn my back on you. Thank you for saving me.
