It is Dectatarship, why called webinar, better to send recorded msg to each medical college to impose unjustified decision

You should first appear in NEXT then impose on students. I think you are not qualified in NEXT because all of are not actually appeared in All INDIA EXAM like NEET UG . So you get degree from University in earlier days . So you should appear NEXT first for renewal of your license. You and your health minister both violating federal rules of INDIAN CONSTITUTION.
