Freeing a poor young opie stuck in a glue trap!

When this young opossum was brought to the Bahde Wildlife Center stuck in a glue trap, our team knew they had to work quickly to help her escape a horrible fate. Dr. Kushnir, a wildlife veterinary intern, carefully freed the opossum from the trap, preventing any further injuries. The opossum responded well to treatment and was released back into the wild after two weeks of care.
