I feel like between August to October was sort of the golden age of AI, the general public and corporations stayed out of the way and let people have total freedom which is what it was all about and now we're entering the corporate age of AI, that age where there's heavy training pruning, dealing with public outcry, dealing with training data for legality purposes and to prevent lawsuits, enforcing of NSFW and censorship on anything that might can be a legal liability, feeling the need to push this on all people that use the software even at home all while introducing new and better features that happily sweep the deeper corporatization aspects under the rugs so it doesn't have to be talked about much. Like NSFW, there's also a strong need for any generation that could be used for anything controversial or NSFW or anything that uses a style the artist wants forbidden, or uses training data the artist wants forbidden, the list goes on, there's a strong need for that to be removed and censored so that every generation is 100% legal and won't make anyone upset and Stable diffusion becomes a free version of DALL-E, the very thing it was made to break away from.

Looks like they removed most nsfw stuff and popular artists from the dataset to avoid judicial grey areas that might pop up one day or another. I will be setting aside a version of 1.5 for sure. But at the same time I am looking forward to playing around with 2.0!

My only issue with NSFW is that they put together bloodlusted trash alongside with nudity which is like equating your mom and dad's fun games which engendered you... With charles manson and ted bundy. That's revolting.
