+ Phnom Penh are not listed as a Global city due to it small and weak economy, while Ho Chi Minh City is a beta plus level global city, and being among 100 cities that have the largest economy in the world. (Search Google Global City, you will see)

There are many times Khmer people create fake information and wrong statistic data just to masturbate themselves that Cambodia is better than other countries.

In 1980s both Vietnam and Cambodia were very poor but today Vietnam has changed so much but Cambodia is still poor. Reason is Vietnam forgives and think all about the future but Cambodia still stay in the past and blame others. Well done Vietnam.

The people who resemble each other the most are the ones who hate each other the most. It is the in-groups that has the most rivalry: look at the rivalry between european countries or east asia countries, most prominently highlighted by atrocities committed towards each other in The Two Wars. Please foster friendship and collaboration, your goal should be mutual development, not unfounded hatred and separation. It's not really the Cambodians who wrote "not so friendly comments" about Vietnam. But it's the Chinese culprits who did all this. Why? To test the Vietnamese's patience. True Cambodians understand all too well how their beloved country has been ravaged by Pol Pot who has close-tie with China. That's true Vn is more rich than Cambodia, but Cambodia was developed about20years and Vietnam was developed about 30years.
