As an Ex-Banker, I fully agree with Value Creation than Valuation. Cash is an idle product in the market unless it's invested in market in judgemental manner depending on present & future Demand & Supply needs. Promoters who have 100% stake in business will never allow any Capital Goods to remain idle. Capital Goods is enabler to produce goods in line with market conditions ie Economic & Commercial Viability. So, Capital Goods(P&M) needs Inventories to produce in line with market trends that creates Value Creation and its Sustainability.

Not everyone is like the founding fathers of this great institution. If you look at Zomato and its management, that guy once said he is afraid of questions. Infoedge Bikchandani, one of Zomato Investors was giving gyan over Corporate Gevernance over Twitter but thy never ensure that Zomato and Policy bazaar like new age companies enlist at right price. The temple of cpiatalsim our stock markets ensure the excesses are fushed out, ironically small retail investors loose most of the time.
