Here is how Bob learned to file Form 2290 online, in five easy steps.

Step 1: Register yourself on the eForm2290 website.

Step 2: Enter your business details, including your Business Name, EIN, and Business Address. These can be found on your SS4 copy from the IRS.

Step 3: Select the tax period and the vehicle's first used month.

Step 4: Enter your vehicle information, including the Vehicle Identification Number (found on the windshield) and the Vehicle Gross Weight (found on the door jamb).

Step 5: Make your payment and submit your form to the IRS. Be sure to double-check all of your information before submission to avoid any rejection of your form.
