I've had my mi Max for about 6 months now, I love it and had hoped to buy it in black only to find they didn't do black on the original. The phone is a talking point and most are shocked when they see it, a real head turner. In terms of performance I got it to replace a phone and tablet as you point out. Really love Matt black, looks like time for a new phone 😀

Personally i love the phone. I got it around a week ago and the battery life is nothing but astounding.

At work and when i dont use the phone much, i drain about 10-20% per day and it lasts me a bunch of days before i need to recharge it.

I've been on a trip the past few days and used the phone somewhat more intensively but it still went down to only 70% after two days of medium use, which is crazy, my old phone would have died out.

I purchased the gold white version from Banggood for €190! I have it for 2 days now and I'm very happy with it! It's a little big but not too big! The phone is super fast, the fingerprint scanner is very accurate and the tap to wake is awesome, I highly recommend this phone to everyone who wants a lot of value for a nice price :))

Actually watching this video on my Xiaomi max2 wide screen. Luv this phone, I don't need a tablet anymore.
I change it for my iphone 7plus and I'm not regreted at All. Long live the phablets

That's what the big boys in the cell prone industry fail to realize. A great screen display is fine, but ask the community what they and/or better battery life.

I have the Mi Max (1st gen), and the battery is a beast! The 1080 looks great. Good for videos, as well as reading a lot of PDF and ebooks. With this video, I really am looking to upgrade to the Mi Max 2!! One little change was Xiaomi rounded off the edges, and somehow it makes the phone feel so different and more premium.
