My conscience has gotten me to where even one little cracker/cookie smites my mind. Social contacts are no longer an acceptable excuse for me. I tell folks I'm OK, I'm on a special health diet, due to various food allergies...which is true in a real sense. It takes real determination as you inspire so well. Subed/Bell

I am so elated I found your videos. I have been doing keto for approx. 5 months. I was not taking full responsibility, I would eat pizza and cake on the weekend. I lost 50 lbs, doing this. I spoke with a nutritionist, she suggested I stop keto and incorporate grains into my diet. I did as she suggested, and I feel absolutely tired. I have no energy, like when I practiced keto. I am going back to keto tomorrow and I am taking responsibility! That’s the key word! Thanks so much for the knowledge that you provided! I also gained 10 lbs! Ugh!!!

Just subscribed from zerocarb Dave. Thank you for sharing the story of pain in your hip. I mean I have had pain in my knees, back neck and hip, but the journey to zero carb some of this drops off. I'm going going to keep taking responsibilty what I shove in my mouth....

When you go and you are around all the “fun” food how do you resist your carb addiction. It’s like an alcoholic hanging out in a bar. As long as I stay away from that food I’m fine but if I’m around it and I’m stressed I give in to the addiction. Is that not taking responsibility?
