truth as the ground of the tree and the light (illumination) - unconcealing: needs to withdraw for it to work because it shows the intelligibility, which means it gets out of the way so that entities can be encountered. Another part is the concealed (bringing stuff from the background but never all from the background). tree grows in the ground like a reservoir of marginal practices, out of which could be gathered as marginal practices, and organised as all understanding of being, reservoir of stuff of which future understanding of being (not listed previously obviously). roots can be interrogated and analysed but the earth is never fully revealed.
