It May have been with the 'cube'. Sometimes people want their drink stay cold but dont want to add water so they use ice 'cubes' which is a cube you fill water and freeze. The ice turn into water in the drink and the drink stays cold. But you May accidently swallow the cube which is plastic.

I remember one time as a kid, i swallowed a whole quarter and freaked my mom out quite a bit. She made me drink a whole lot of milk and to this day i dont know if i ever pooped it out.... Thank you for the nostalgia 😂
