My 65 yr old brother, a 30 year + Air Force Veteran, now does honor guard ceremonies with the USA flag folding ceremony. Each and every fold actually has a meaning. This is done at the graveside where a veteran is being laid to rest. He does this for schools to educate our youth on the importance and respect our flag represents. I am so proud of him. He was one of the first responders to the tragic 911 attack. He worked in air traffic control to assist the jets flying along side Air Force One during the attack & didn't sleep for three days. Our dad was a career Army Chaplain as well. I am sending this video to him because....well... y'all show due respect for our military and our grand old FLAG.
Thanks Cowboy Kent & Shannon (...& Beagle)🇺🇸❣

Good afternoon Kent,
What a great video, not only the Cajun shrimp dish, but the beautiful scenery and all the warm humor!!! Your little princess did a great job editing and even stepping in to give you a hand stirring!!! Loved to see the beagle found something to occupy his time while you were cooking!!! I be honest with you though, I couldn’t help but see Rib-Eyes grilling seeing all those beef cattle!!!
I also want to thank you for sharing your friends and family with me in this last video!!! It’s nice watching your dance moves, but it’s fine watching the whole crew join in!!! Take care

LOL Yes indeed, food always tastes better when you can share it with family and friends!!! As my Grandparent, Mother and Father used to say. When cooking with wine, If you can't drink it, you can't cook with it!!! Great out takes, they brought a smile to my face. God Bless, take care and stay safe!!! thank you!!!!

Oh my goodness Kent. What a delectable dish you've brought us today. Mmmm mmmm.

Some years back, a man from Louisiana came to visit some of our friends and we were invited to join them. He fixed a big pot of Etouffee using Crawdads. Oh man was that ever good. Now the Crawdads he used, he had shipped from Louisiana. They weren't the little ones you see sometimes in the creeks, these were biguns.

When Shay panned the background behind you, I spotted three items that are like magnets to me. A cooking fire, an easy chair and, a pot of Cowboy coffee. Mmmm. I think you really enjoy teasing us Kent.

Thank you and Shannon for another great video. Your guest are very lucky. I'm a little bit envious 😊🙄😏.

I too am a conna-sewer of wine. I like the ones that come in the cardboard 5-liter carafes... I cook with wine, sometimes I even add it to the food. I also add garlic to damn near everything from eggs to canned sardines. Gotta try this shrimp dish, great video, thank you my friend.
