The rust in the trunk is concerning. That was all the way through in a few sections. However, 57 Chevy parts are a dime a dozen, both repro and original. A more than fair price point for a numbers matching 283 150.

Beautiful 1957 Chevy but that's a lot of money for a 150 model it's a lot of money especially it has some issues going on a lot of stuff is not working almost $37, 000 for a 150 model wow!!! I can see the Bel-Air or the 210 but that's a lot of money for the 150 model. I hope all those little issues get repaired especially for that kind of money😮

Looking under the car we have a old style engine, with the canister oil filter. Possible 283 or 327 and a cast-iron 2 speed power glide.
You can do a update on the oil filter to a spin on oil filter.
Very nice old ride. All of the gauges and thing in the dash is fixable.

Car is gorgeous. My dad had 2 of them. When l was 9 l begged him to save it for me until l was 16, of age, but he didn't. When l hit 16 he told me he was sorry he didn't save it. I also wanted him to save the 62 T-Bird. To no avail.

I know you don’t fix everything but the cars have to be able to pass inspection to be driven, any issue that would result in a failed inspection or safety concern should be addressed before sale.
