Chest Opening-Iyengar Yoga
If you are looking for a yoga sequence to open your chest or stretch out your arms and shoulders, this video is for you. In this 20 minutes yoga session by Juan Carlos--certified Iyengar teacher, the focus is on the arm and shoulders, to relieve stiff neck and upper body, and to reduce tension in the entire body. This segment is for beginners, those that are stiff, and those recovering from injury. Juan Carlos focuses attention on the upper body lengthening and tightness in the hamstrings, two areas that are sources of tension.
