I subbed. I throw 68 as a sophomore I’m a lefty and I wanna throw 80 but the biggest problem for me is I know all the drills and watched a lot of videos so I know I can do it. My body doesn’t work well together though

thumbs up for the video but I do think that having consistent accuracy is the key to being a really good pitcher. Velocity is also important don't get me wrong, but velocity means nothing if you can't throw a strike
